InstructionF type stainless steel pump is applied to the conveying of the corrosive liquids with no solid particle. Medium temperature: -20-160; Pressure at its inlet: less than 6MPa; Scope of  flow rate:  2m3/h to 400m3/h; Range of lift: 15m to 105m; Lower limit of lift after changing down: up to 3m.

Structure

 It is single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its main components include: pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, bracket, and coupling, etc. Its structure includes two kinds: front opening door and back opening door. Front opening door means that pump body fixes, its impeller can be taken out by its inlet; reversely, it is called as back opening door. Bearing is rolling bearing, which adopts grease lubrication.

Shaft seal:

According to users requirements, seal cavity may install single-end mechanical seal or double-end mechanical seal.

Drive: Pump uses jaw coupling, which is driven by prime mover. Looking at the pump through the end of prime mover, pump is counterclockwise rotation.

According to its corrosion resistance and application temperature, the materials at its main components include:
