Instruction:

   CZ chemical process pump is horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump; its size reaches DIN24256/ISO2858standard.

It can convey low-temperature or high-temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid, clear liquid or the liquid with solid particles. It is widely used in chemicals, fertilizer, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, paper-making, pharmacy, and synthetic fibre, etc.

5Smooth characteristic curve, low cavitation, and high efficiency. Under non full-load, it still can  keep these characteristics.

 

Design:

1. Its installation size and base are designed according to international standard, and it can replace import pump.

2. Its inlet and outlet are put at same axis, which is good for design and process connecting pipe;

3. Bearing bracket including axes, impeller and stuffing box etc forms an assembly, so its pump body neednt be dismantled from pipe when in repair. It uses lengthened coupling, so its motor neednt be dismantled.

4. The pressure at the place of shaft seal is compensated by balancing hole on its blades or impeller. Its shaft seal can use soft stuffing seal (cooling or not cooling), or all kinds of single or double mechanical seal.

5. Durable ball bearing and enough size of shaft diameter assure balancing operation.

Parts of pump bodies are designed into double volute to balance radial force.

Conveying medium:

1.  sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, etc. inorganic acids and organic acid with all kinds of temperatures and thickness;

2.  sodium hydroxide and carbonic acid etc alkaline dope under various temperatures and thicknesses;

3. All kinds of salt solutions;

4. all kinds of liquid petroleum and chemical products, organic compounds and other corrosive materials and products;
